HOW TO BOOK US.
Please send us your email enquiry (you can use our enquiry form - link: E-Form) and we’ll send you an email quotation by return. Or you can telephone us on: 07720 894122 to check our availability, price and service to be supplied.
Then, should you wish to proceed with a definite booking, you can either complete our Online Booking Form on our Website or text your quotation reference number to: 07720 894122 and we'll call you back for all your booking details.
On receipt of your booking details, we will save your date and send you written confirmation of your booking, detailing all relevant information, allowing you to check that all your details are correct before we fully process your booking.
We operate a 'No Deposit' policy with your booking - although full payment is due no later than at the beginning of the hire - payable in cash only. You can also pay us in advance by Bank Transfer, but not by Credit Card. We regret we no longer take cheques. You would also have to advise us of your intended method of payment prior to us sending out the written confirmation of your booking, thus avoiding any misunderstanding. Otherwise all monies due must be paid in cash. VAT is not applicable to our price(s).
Cancellation notice; In the event of a cancellation our terms are exactly as below.
Hire cancelled out with 1 calendar month from starting time - no charge.
Hire cancelled more than 168 hours (7 days) but within 1 calendar month from starting time - 25%(quarter) charge payable.
Hire cancelled within 168 hours (7 days) from starting time - 100%(full) charge payable.
CAN YOU MEET YOUR DJ IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT?
The booking service that we offer clients is telephone and web based - no meetings/personal visits. This allows us to keep our operating costs down as you are only paying for the actual performing time of the DJ/equipment. We have operated this system for the past 15 years very successfully. We understand that some clients would still like to meet the DJ - this is not always possible due to various factors. However, whenever possible we will accommodate - you will have to go to them though. This can only take place in a suitable venue and under the right circumstances. This request by some clients has been uppermost in our minds for sometime.
MUSIC FOR YOUR EVENT
All our DJ's carry a good selection of all the popular types/styles of music.They are able to cater for a wide age group and respond to requests, including the most popular Scottish Country Dance Music/Ceilidh Dances if required. Please see our Music Policy Page.
HAVING YOUR SAY ON WHAT WE PLAY!
Please use the form fields on our Online Booking Form or alternatively you can supply us with a short list of any musical preference including any personal favourites you would like to hear during the event or not nearer the time - at least 4 weeks in advance of your event.
If you are supplying us with CDs and they are not original Compact Discs then all CDs supplied must be to standard CD specification with all discs finalised otherwise they will not play in our CD players.
All our equipment is PAT certified and adequately maintained to a standard to satisfy the “Health and Safety At Work Act 1974” :- “The Provision and Use of Work equipment Regulations 1998”. Please see our Price Guide Page for details of equipment options that we include in our packages.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to organise any insurance cover for their event. In addition we have £2,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.
